Learning to Meditate
Meditation for beginners, advanced and schools
Meditation is proven to promote wellbeing, happiness, greater management of physical and emotional suffering, and coping with a busy and increasingly fragmented society.
Meditation for the Individual
We teach people to meditate for the very first time as well as helping people develop and deepen their practice.
We run regular “Introduction to Meditation” courses which is the first step for most people in developing a regular practice and benefiting from a happier life. After this course there are “Going Deeper” courses to join and a “regulars” meditation group.

Mindfulness for Schools
We teach meditation and mindful movement techniques to students of all ages to help them cope with the modern pressures of exams, relationships, social media and just being a teenager.
We also teach meditation to teaching and non-teaching staff to help improve their mental health and wellbeing. Schools and colleges can be very stressful environments for adults too, especially managing the current pressures of the cost of living and homelife. Happy staff make for a happy workplace which can help productivity and effectiveness which ultimately benefits students.

Learning and Practising Tai Chi
Classes for beginners and Intermediate students
Regular Tai Chi practise can result in weight loss, improved joint and muscle flexibility as well as improving your balance. It also promotes wellbeing, happiness, and reducing stress and anxiety.
Tai Chi for the Individual
We teach Tai Chi in daytime and evening classes for beginners and intermediate students around the Alcester to Bidford-on-Avon area.
We teach the Yang style of Tai Chi which is the most wildly practised family style. However, we are unique in teaching the original Shaolin style passed down through the generations.

Tai Chi for Schools
We teach Tai Chi and Qi Gong to groups of students to help improve their mental and physical wellbeing. We have found it also helps students develop the important skills of communication, teamwork and tenacity.
We also teach Tai Chi to teaching and non-teaching staff to help improve their mental and physical health and wellbeing. This can be as part of an existing wellbeing programme or standalone.

Reiki Healing and Day Retreats
Reiki Healing treatments
Reiki is an ancient Japanese technique of healing. It has been practised for over 2500 years and came to the West in 1937.
We offer individual sessions and courses of sessions dependent on your health needs.
Reiki Healing
It is a beautiful experience to receive Reiki. It is excellent for stress reduction and relaxation, emotional and physical pain. It also promotes inner healing and can be used alongside other medical treatments
Before your treatment, you will have a full consultation and a discussion to ascertain what problems you would like to be treated. It will then be administered whilst you lie back and relax on a treatment table in a calm and relaxing environment.

Day Retreats
We offer day retreats for people who want to immersive themselves in a relaxing and peaceful setting for an entire day.
We also run Introduction retreat days as well as “Going Deeper” and themed retreat days. All days include longer meditation sessions and some gentle movement (which can be done seated).
